Meet Linzi
After experiencing a massive brain aneurysm and a subsequent stroke I was paralysed on my right side. After intensive physio and good brain food, I slowly recovered sufficiently to use a computer.
When I investigated why so many apparently fit and healthy people suffer coronaries, brain aneurysms, strokes and other inflammatory health problems, I was amazed at what I discovered about “superfoods”.
